ProKids, Inc. of Indianapolis recently enlisted the help of Relocations Strategies, Inc. for the logistics of a move, which resulted in significant savings. ProKids is a nonprofit organization dedicated to Indiana’s Unified Training System. It is made up of case workers who perform in-home evaluations required to determine whether children are eligible for the state’s First Steps program. Like most nonprofits, ProKids faced the reality of a limited budget. RSI completed a furniture inventory and obtained nearly 80 cubicles at a reduced rate from another client who was redistributing inventory. The savings continued when RSI bid out the phone systems for ProKids, resulting in a savings of approximately $30,000. RSI also bid the data cabling and coordinated the move into this 17,000 square foot space.
