Pratt had three locations with an assortment of furniture in each. The company planned to consolidate into a single location in a 380,000-square-foot, mixed-use building. The owners wanted to use as much existing furniture as possible in the new location. By soliciting bids from multiple vendors and then negotiating a final contract, Relocation Strategies, Inc. saved Pratt thousands of dollars by integrating existing furnishings with new furniture into a new open work environment that is attractive and functional. In addition, we planned and implemented a multi-phased move, which resulted in minimal down time.
