RSI News re: Indiana Construction Roundtable (ICR) – Mentor/Protege Program

September 26th, 2011

I would like to take the opportunity to recommend the Mentorship Program offered by ICR.  I have been fortunate to learn much from this program about how to grow my business.  My mentor, Sam, has been an invaluable asset in helping me reach goals.  I’m confident that this program will work for you just as it has for me to help my business to grow and become successful.  I encourage everyone to watch the video.

The video will also be played throughout the day at the ICR Educational Event of the Year, on September 29, 2011, where owners from across the state of Indiana will be in attendance to share and learn from other owners, along with members of other segments of the construction industry, their unique experiences dealing with specific construction related issues.

“I am honored to have been chosen to participate in SKL, which has helped many of central Indiana’s most prominent leaders become more effective community leaders,” Melissa said. “It’s humbling to have the opportunity to follow in their footsteps and have the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our region.  I am eager to add my contributions.”

Class members are chosen because of their significant community involvement and professional achievement; their demonstrated interest in community issues; a record of participation and achievement in voluntary community activities; and their willingness to expand their leadership role in the community.
