Melissa Brown Speaks at ALA National Conference & Expo

Melissa Brown, RID, President of Relocation Strategies, spoke at the ALA’s 2015 National Conference and Expo at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN on Tuesday, May 19th. The ALA (Association of Legal Administrators) conference provides business law leaders the opportunity to access knowledge, connections, and market-ready solutions that transform change into opportunity through educational sessions. For the session titled Stay, Renovate, or Move: Moving Your Workplace Forward, Melissa partnered with Ernie Condra of Performance Advisors, formerly Executive Director, Krieg DeVault LLP, and Al Fiesel, AAIA, IIDA, Principal at NELSON, to detail how law firms can overcome a transitional period. Together, they identified how to negotiate new or existing leases and tenant improvement costs, discussed the work styles of the current four generations and the future generation, and discussed the furniture selection that supports client’s objectives.
